INGREDIENTS
9 oz of nuts
9 oz of sugar
1 quart of milk

PREPARATION
Peel the nuts until you get 9 oz of fruit.

Crush them in a mortar or food processor until achieving fine flour.

Boil the milk with a cinnamon stick and 9 oz of sugar.

Add the nuts flour stirring and simmer always stirring for 45 minutes (if it thickens too much you can add some milk).

It should look like thick milk jam. Pass through a strainer.

It can be used hot or cold.
